What are the best/allowed nasal sprays if you’re pregnant and your nose is completely blocked?
I’m desperate here, can’t breathe at all through my nose. Tried all kinds of sea salt sprays, inhalation, etc. Can’t sleep or relax on account of my blocked nose. Sleeping sitting down also doesn’t work.
