Can’t go outside.

So my baby turned one week old yesterday, I also have a 2 year old who goes to pre-school 3 hours every day Monday-Friday.

Ever since i had my son 27th December I haven’t been out. My son does still go out every day with his dad and his grand-parents. I know it’s still early to be going out for long periods etc but I can’t even go to the supermarket without bad anxiety thinking that something is going to happen. Everything was completely different with my first. I’m just scared of how I’m going to pick my son up and take him to school.
