Dick head of a boss

So, I work at this restaurant and I am not gonna say the name of it, but the night boss talks to everyone like they are 5 years old and when you are doing something or looking for something he will yell at you saying: WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR? or making you feel stupid for looking for that specific thing

Take I am also sorta new and I don't know much about the closing of this place. What is the best way to confront this man or should I put a complaint?

I am 34 years old and I try to not put so much of my attention towards it but it really makes me feel small when he does that.

I am also an assistant manager at a retail store and I don't talk to any of my employees this way.
