Lump in throat

I’m roughly 8/9dpo and I’m feeling this weird lump in my throat. Like heartburn without the burn or another way to describe it is a pill stuck in my throat. (Which there isn’t)

Yesterday I had cramping nausea breast tenderness peed a lot got sick (once and it was stomach acid)

Today is nausea breast tenderness pulling on my left side if I move too much and this weird lump thing in my throat.

Anyone else have this as a possible pregnancy symptom.
