We just announced at Christmas and yesterday I fell hard down the stairs 😞 they were outdoor stairs and muddy.. it was a fairly hard fall on my rear & im just worried.

Editing to add some info; I’m not having any bleeding at all, just mild cramping and my midwife appointment is in a couple days. I did call and check in with her.

The hospitals in our area all have very poor ratings and reviews and I’m erring on the side of waiting a few days since I’m not bleeding. If that changes I will go in immediately.

I’m 11 weeks I think.
