If that's actually what you're feeling i would definitely go to the doctor and request an ultrasound as you would be pretty far along.

You have to be like half along, if you feel movement. Like 5 months. Go to a doctor.

If you’re far enough along to see and feel movements you would not be getting positive pregnancy results as hpt are not effective after 10-12 weeks pregnant. You need to consult your doctor

To feel and see consistent movement you’d have to around 20 weeks if not later. Further into pregnancy when the HCG is super high urine tests will show negatives (hook effect). I would definitely see a doctor. My baby moving and kicking does feel a lot like gas moving around in my abdomen. However I can see my baby moving endlessly almost all day long for the last 7-8 weeks (I’m 27 weeks), I don’t see gas moving and it only lasts a few minutes each day for maybe 3 days max.
