Days past ovulation

I'm currently 1DPO (that is assuming my body actually dropped an egg) and I'm nervous. I'm taking progestrone pills for the second round and I'm worried my body wouldn't just jump start ovulation automatically after one round of progestrone and one period. I asked my OB what to do if I got a positive opk and he acted like it wasnt likely I would get one the fist cycle but I did so. Maybe it's my month maybe it isn't, I don't have a good feeling but I get to go back in Feb. To get further consultation
