Too much too soon

I'm currently 6 days postpartum and today I started getting really painful stabbing pains in my abdomen.

I have felt fine this entire time since giving birth but I'm thinking maybe I over did it today. I started getting the pains after feeding my two year old, picking up the house, giving my toddler a bath (requiring having to pick him up multiple times and he weighs 30lbs), doing the dishes and making breakfast for my fiance and myself. While finishing making our plates I found myself holding on to the kitchen counter doubled over in pain.

I've had very minimal bleeding, I'm breastfeeding/pumping and supplementing with formula because I haven't been producing enough yet. I had a vaginal birth with no tearing. The only thing I can think of is maybe I'm doing too much at once and not giving my body an adequate enough time to heal. Anyone deal with this?
