Shared maternity leave

Has anyone ever done shared maternity leave. My parters boss told him about it today and now he’s suggested I go back to work at 2 weeks pp and he has the time off because he gets paid more than me! He thinks we’d be better off. He said I can go back full time. I want to breastfeed and with my last two I took the full year off. He definitely wouldn’t be able to manage looking after 2 kids and newborn. He’s so unrealistic! I’m not going back that early!!!
