When did you schedule your c-section?

My first c-section was an emergency, so it wasn't planned, but have to have another one in April, though it is planned this time. How far along were you when they actually scheduled it? I remember my doctor telling me it'd be no later than 39 weeks, but I haven't gotten it actually scheduled yet. I'm 24 weeks now and will have my next appointment tomorrow so I'll ask then anyways, but I just wanted to get an idea of when you were able to set up the c-section date. Thanks!
