Accidentally pregnant what to do?

I’m in the military and I went home for the first time in a year and had sex, and now I’m pregnant. Dudes also military, stationed in my hometown different branch.

I’m on orders to leave to S. Korea any day now.

I told him and he insists I get rid of it now and I know that’s probably the right choice it’s something I have a hard time justifying morally. He said the choice was mine but even if I choose adoption he will not be around at all unless I get an abortion.

Just to be clear me and this guy aren’t dating. We use to sleep together before I left and we’ve been good friends since and had sex when I went home. I have deep feelings for him and he says he does too but he isn’t ready for anything. (Yet swears he’s only been with me in the past year).

Kind of a rant really needed it off my chest I haven’t told anyone yet. Any advice would be great, thank you.
