Difference between pms cramping and implantation cramping?

Is there any difference between pms cramping and implantation cramping? This month it’s been extremely lighter than usual and was on and off but stopped now. Due for my period in a couple days i’m just curious. The 2ww is very challenging.

Just think of cramps as cramps, nothing more then if your period is late, take a test. No sense in symptom spotting. There’s no way to tell what is causing the cramps. Could be just hormones.

Mine feel kind of similar except this month they are very dull and intermittent. I got my BFP 10DPO.

More.often just nornal cramping. Actually feeling implantation is questionable. Best just to stop symptom spotting and see what happens

They’re the same. No way to know.
Even a doctor cannot confirm implantation.
