Too many tums?

Can you eat too many tums? My heartburn and bloating is fierce today! I’m 13w.
Any other suggestions to help with heartburn?
Have my next doc appointment tomorrow thankfully so can talk to them.

A teaspoon full of mustard or a teaspoon of baking soda mixed into a cup of water

Not sure. I wouldn’t go over the recommended amount on the bottle though.

Get some Zantac. And YES! You can take too many. I’ve also read that taking a bunch can cause kidney stones like 3 or 4 years later. Weird right!?

Extra strength gas x! I get the cherry chewable ones and two work way better than tums!!!

Celery gets rid of my heartburn every time. Only get organic though if you get it.

I made 13 weeks today and I'm really bloated too and I feel like I have indigestion, I'll be taking some tums soon as I get home. Just read to see how often you can take them. The bloating won't necessarily go away as it turns into your bump later but sometimes it does go down a little. You could be gassy or constipated as well. Also could be water retention. Hope you feel better cause I feel a little miserable today too.
