Lower abdominal discomfort before BFP

Hi all-

I am DPO 9 period is not expected until 1/11, but I’ve started having some cramps the last couple days. They feel different than period cramps, almost like this intermittent pulling that I feel on both sides of my lower abdomen. It’s not quite painful but it is uncomfortable. I hate to be symptom spotting but now I’m also having a little lower back pains. Has anyone else experienced this uncomfortable cramping prior to a BFP and if so how soon after? Thanks!
