When do I go in?!

I am 38 weeks pregnant 
My water has not broke I don’t think 
I’m having inconsistent contractions 
my question is .. today was R O U G H 
& it feels like 100 lbs of pressure down there!!!! Soooooooo should I be trying togo in? Or is this normal? 
I didn’t feel this with my first son. I was induced with him

Call before going in. Since it’s inconsistent they’ll most likely send you home but if you’re really sure something isn’t right then go in anyways and they’ll get you checked out.

I didn’t even time my contractions for longer than the 20 min drive there. They hook you up to monitors anyways so I didn’t see a point in sitting and trying to mess around with that while in pain.
