What’s wrong with my throat😭

So for the last two weeks my tonsils have been so swollen and sore. It hurts so bad to swallow. It gets worse by the end of the day but eases up occasionally. I know I should go to the dr but my life has been so hectic with a 9 month old battling a double ear infection, rsv and starting a new job😅. I plan on going to urgent care in the morning or after work. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? I have literally no other symptoms
