Lena cup hurts?

I recently decided to make the decision to switch from pads to a cup. I decided to go with the Lena cup, the sensitive size small one. I’m a virgin, and I feel like cups are more targeted to those who’ve had sex before so I can’t find anything on it to help me. I tried inserting it and it went in with some pain but doesn’t really hurt when inside. Taking it out is really painful though.

Is there any way to reduce the pain, or maybe switch to a different type of cup?
