Smoking habbits

Samantha

I'm not exactly sure where to post this so please forgive me if this is wrong and just let a girl know ...

So I have been a smoker for the past 5 years. And it's gotten very bad.. I smoke a pack- a pack and a half a day.. I am 26 years old and feel pretty on the outside.... until I smile.. I actually hardly smile and when I do, I cover my face so no one can see me. I am planning on getting my teeth fixed in a few months but want to either completely quit or at least cut back.. a shit ton... And I know smoking doesn't help when you're ttc so maybe that's why it hasn't happened in the past 3 years for me and my husband... So the question is, does anyone have any advice on how to quit? Just cold turkey or what? I know the withdrawals will be bad.. I quit smoking cold turkey the day I found out I was pregnant with my son 4 years ago. And ended up picking it back up. So I know I can do it, I just know it's going to be really hard. Any advice or tips would be so appreciated. TIA
