Pregnancy Symptoms With Negative Tests

Has anyone else been having weird tummy problems at this point?

I was super nauseous for about two week, but didn’t get sick. Then it was just a little nauseous after eating.

I’m now going back and forth (TMI) between being constipated and having diarrhea.

I’ve also been super gassy.

I haven’t gotten my period but my son is still doing night feedings so my doctor said it wouldn’t likely return until he was no longer doing night feedings.

I have taken two pregnancy tests 3 weeks apart and they were both negative and I looked at them every which way because we’re trying to prevent until I see my doctor about trying for a VBAC next.

I’ve also been so exhausted I’m falling asleep as soon as my son does shortly after 8.

Anyone else having similar symptoms without pregnancy?
