Evening primrose oil?

​How much epo do you take a day? The bottle says up to 3 times a day with a meal, but wanted to hear how everyone uses it!

I use 3 a day. 1300mg I've taken it more then a week and I finally got an EWCM also u need to drink a lot of water since that's basically what it mostly made up of. I drink about 4-6 glasses of water a day. Sometimes I even put a few drops of MiO in my glasses. It really helps ever since getting of the depo shot I've always been dry and not a lot of vaginal fluids during intercourse. Now taking EPO it really helps with getting my body back in order they also say it's good for sex drive. I mean after all that's why they call it the woman's cure all. But everyone is different and everybody has a different course on how long it will take. I just seen scary reviews about the Fertile CM where it did the opposite to their body or stopped them from getting their EWCM like they used to. So I got a little worried and just decided to try this instead and it works fine for me. Regardless which one you take drinking a lot of water is a must.

I have been taking it 4 weeks and seem no difference and still don't get EWCM.

Thanks ladies...this is weird but I've developed a cough from it. My hubby thought maybe that it's an expectorant for other areas too! Idk maybe it's a coincidence!

I take 2 1000mg capsules a day until positive opk. Last month was one a day. No difference in my cm so far but I'll try another month.

I've definitely noticed a difference. I use between 2-3 times a day when I remember :)

I use it x3 daily. But I haven't really noticed a big difference in CM production to be honest. And I'm been using it for approx. 3 weeks now. But I hope it works better for you!
