Worried about pregnancy

I am 5w. Found out around 2-3w and had symptoms before I even got a positive test. Lots of morning sickness and nausea. I have miscarried at 6w before but had no symptoms of pregnancy aside from positive tests & boobs hurting. This time I have been sick like I said since before I even got a positive test, last few days haven’t really been sick. Just headaches and boobs hurt. Should I be worried? Take another home test? Has anyone had a healthy pregnancy with no sickness or something similar to this? Should I call my dr to retest my levels? I don’t go for an ultrasound for another 4 weeks.
