Help! Nipple pain 😩

Hi Guys,

I am 13 weeks pregnant and I’ve been having nipple pain since probably 6 weeks or so, but the last week or two it has been so bad it even wakes me up at night. They feel bruised and like they Are being clamped and pulled from my body... my doctor suggested to try either cold or warm compresses or lotion, but none of them has helped...😭

Does anyone else have this problem?
