TTC with irregular periods/ hormone imbalance

Hi ladies,

Was wanting to know if anyone has successfully got pregnant while suffering from irregular periods or hormone imbalance problems? Me and my partner have been trying for close to a year now, my periods sometimes can be 2-3 months late and my doctor also told me I have a hormone imbalance which may cause problems trying to fall pregnant.. I just want to hear your guys story’s and how you helped it to fall pregnant (preferably natural ways) :)
