Miscarriage or desidual cast? Pic

This morning when I sat down on the toilet I heard something go in the water. I’m technically on my withdrawal week for my nuvaring, due to the schedule of it I haven’t had my period in 9 weeks, so I was partially mentally ready to bleed any day. Yesterday I started to spot pink, now today I had this. I haven’t exactly been watching for pregnancy because of the nuvaring & in general being really busy. I just don’t know.
