GRAPHIC miscarriage

The first 3 are from the same thing I wet them under cold water to make sure they are not just blood happened 2 hours ago the bottom 3 same thing but happened right now when will I know its over 🥺 its my second miscarriage but with the first I had a d&c the pills didn't work I guess they are working this time I got pregnant right away when I had my first miscarriage dumb of me but I really wanna be a mommy but now we decide to wait at least 6 months before trying again to let my mental state heal & my body
