What all can your 12 week old do?

I’m a FTM and have a 12 week old. I am curious if she’s developmentally on track. She can track objects with her eyes. She swats at objects hanging from her activity mat and gets ahold of them. Not sure if this is on purpose. She can’t hold things when I hand her stuff. Hands are open not in fists. She can lift up head/chest when on her tummy. I feel like she has pretty good head/neck control. She can topple/roll over when she is on her forearms with chest up when on her tummy but not just laying on her stomach. She hasn’t recognized her hands or feet yet. The only thing she’s putting in her mouth are her fingers when she looses her pacifier. She coos, squawks, smiles. I’ve even heard a few quiet giggles coming from her belly. Just curious what your LO can do.
