Who’s a cervix checker?

I have a question, who checks their cervix regularly. Low firm and spotting but can still pregnant? Probably a stupid question and I know that a cervix position doesn’t really indicate anything and it’s different for everyone. I’m just trying to hold onto some hope here.

I used to check! Mine was low and firm just 2 or so days before my BFP. I wouldn't count on your cervix as a reliable source of pregnancy!

My cervix was low before I tested positive. I'm now ten weeks and it is high.

I’m guilty of this. I’ve given myself some false hope doing this though. My cervix has remained high & closed up through day 1 of my period then it dropped and opened later that day or day 2. Unfortunately, the cervix position is really only helpful during ovulation. 
A low open cervix after ovulation is more of an indicator of an upcoming period. That doesn’t mean that’s always the case since the position can change rapidly. I read that even when pregnant, the cervix may not reflect that straight away. 
Don’t give up hope. You’re not out until AF comes.
