Early Pregnancy Cramping

Anyone else having early pregnancy cramping? I’m 4 weeks 5 days, and I’ve had some cramping but no bleeding. I miscarried at 4 weeks 3 days last cycle, then got pregnant again immediately with IUI this month, but I’m so afraid of losing another baby.
