Any suggestions?!

I’ve been have belly pains for about a week, at first they were on and off but now they seem more permanent, they feel really achy and heavy, I’ve also been feeling very nauseous but that’s been on and off and I haven’t actually thrown up. With this being my first time trying for a baby I don’t really know what to expect does this sound like I could be pregnant or am I just being to aware?🤦🏻‍♀️😂
