Temp dip- Im 6dpo & last month when I kept track of my temp it did not drop untill after my period. Today although my cheeks feel very flustered I have this dip in tempature. Is this normal? I have just started to track my temps. Thanks!

You have to start temping the day your period charts, this temp drop doesn’t accurately depict implantation dip because you didn’t temp everyday at the same time consistently from when your period started

You can't even say you've ovulated from this chart. There is way too much missing data. And implantation dips are more of a myth. Be more consistent and temp every day from CD1. Good luck
