Paranoid

So yesterday I ended up in the ER with constant cramping but no spotting. According to my period I should be 5wks and 5 days. I was doing ovulation test and got my peak in 12/17/19 so based off of that date I should’ve be about 5weeks. So long story short the did a transvaginal ultrasound and only say a gestional sac and my hcg was 1300. Doc said everything looked good and it was probably just an early pregnancy and to have hcg done again in 48 hours. I’m so worried something is wrong, has anyone had a similar experience.
