5w3d bloodwork low progesterone

Got bloodwork yesterday at 5w3d. Hcg levels at 7000 and progesterone at 13. The doctor prescribed me progesterone supplements bc my progesterone is low. She said the “perfect” number for what week I’m at is 15. Should I be worried?
