The condom broke!!!

I was having sex with my guy today and we were using a condom of course. We were in the missionary position and we were going until I noticed he stopped and pulled out and he immediately came on my stomach. I thought he took the condom off mid sex but I noticed it actually ripped through. He said that he felt it ripped which is why he immediately pulled out and came on me. I’m now freaking out and almost on the verge of tears, he swears that nothing got in me and he did not cum in me but of course I’m naturally freaking out!! Should I take a Plan B or does it sound like I should be fine??
