Labor

So yesterday I have a appointment for the baby and felt pressure and my dr checked me and the babies head is right their engaged. I wasn’t dilated yesterday but I had a ultrasound today and they saw that I am 1 cm dilated and that he might come on his own in a couple days I have been walking staying active and even going to the pool walking laps. I still feel more pressure than yesterday so I packed my hospital bag and I can’t wait to meet my little man. What did you guys go to dilate faster. Also I have been feeling some contractions but not feeling some of them I am feeling them down in my vagina though and my lower back I am scheduled for a induction when I’m 36 but little man js good sixs can breathe good and the dr said he is healthy as can be so she said even if I delivered now he will have no problems so what do you guys think I should do
