Help!! Constant feeling of feeling stuffed...

So me and my husband started dieting at the beginning of the year. I meal prep 3 meals and 2 snacks. My meals are 8 oz. of food each meal, I drink 1 protein shake for 1 snack, and veggies for the other snack. The problem is I feel full the entire day. Like the feeling doesn't leave and I am never really hungry. Anyone else have the experience?
