Help?

Was changing my 5 month old and wiped her and found this orange stuff and it was only this first time I wiped her, I got another one and wiped her again just to see if there was anything more. There wasn’t, anyone know what it might be. Husband thinks it’s some Cheeto from our toddler and it just got on her when she got changed but our 5 month old had a bath and was changed in the other room so I dont think it’s Cheetos
