Stomach thumping?

My stomach, in the center left, keeps throbbing. 😕 It doesn’t hurt, but feels weird. I can see it move as my heart beats too. Is that normal?

I shouldn’t have, but I googled it and it said something about an aortic aneurism? I asked my doctor about this once before but she said it was nothing.

I’m not sure if it’s from weight loss (I went from 175 to 114), or what, but it’s annoying me. 🙁
