I’m confused with what this bleeding is, please help!

Okay My period went from 1st - 5th January and I had unprotected sex on the 5th. I felt off on the 6th and had a sharp pain just above my belly button which I couldn’t explain so I ignored it. But today I experienced this bleeding it started bright red which I know Implantation bleeding isn’t but then it turned really light pink clear coloured. It is only a small amount and definitely not a period. I do have a uncomfortable feeling in my lower belly today too but I am also super stressed atm and My period isn’t due until the 31st of this month as it only finished last week. I’m not sure what is happening so would appreciate other people’s opinions please 😊
