7 month sleep regression

Is this a thing? My normally 11-12 hours a night sleeper has been waking up every hour or so the last 2 nights. She goes back to sleep within minutes of getting her paci but what is up with this?? Shes been really clingy the last few days and drooling a ton so I’m wondering if teething has something to do with it, but I even gave her Tylenol last night in case and she was still constantly up. Anyone else???? Think I may call the ped to check her out just in case bc poor thing wakes up screaming and its just so unlike her!!! She’s been extra clingy the last two days too but hasn’t had a fever.
