Advise please?

I am 42, mother to one kid born when I was 39.

I have been trying to conceive my second since 2018 year, had one miscarriage in Jan and another in December. My AMH was low back in Jun and I was advised

IVF

. I still conceived naturally but lost the baby to Trisomy 9 and 16.

I am not able to decide if I am still bearing healthy eggs to deliver a healthy baby, should we do

IVF

with my eggs or should we go with donor eggs.

I badly want a baby but also want to do whatever I can medications supplements etc to bear a healthy baby naturally using my eggs.

Please help, advise. I truly want to gift a sibling to the little one.
