Spitting up

My son is 2 months today. He has been spitting up like crazy after every feeding. We have a bib on him and that is soaked and what doesn’t hit his bib and gets his clothes wet. I also feel like we have to use a new burb rag every time as well. He doesn’t cry and many times he is smiling and spits up while smiling. Many people say it’s normal but I feel like it’s a lot. It’s not coming out of his nose and it’s not projectile vomiting. Just wondering if it really is normal and other people’s kids do the same or should I change the formula again? I don’t know what to do.
