How many naps a day?

My almost seven month old seems to think he only needs one nap.... what is everyone else at for naps??

2 or 3, depending on when he wakes and how long his naps are.

1. From around 3pm-5pm. She will scream and fight sleep for about an hour beforehand. Sometimes she will fall asleep on car rides.

Holding strong at 3 naps. 1.5 hours, 1 hour, and 30mins long. (We have to wake her from all 3 so that she doesn’t sleep too long and push bedtime too late)

2 long ones! Usually 3-4 hours in total. Today she had one for 2 1/2 hours and one for 55 minutes 👍🏻
