Decreased fetal movements

So I have cholestasis of pregnancy, and I’ve been having contractions on and off for a week or so now... no regularity or anything but painful. And my dr was super concerned about it when I went in this week for my appt... checked my cervix but threatened to hospitalize me lol. Told me to come back Monday so he could recheck me but to be cautious about baby’s movements. Well I think now I’m just paranoid, because I can feel baby move, but she’s not as active as normal, and is taking a looooong time to complete kick counts. Did this happen to anyone, or should I listen to my husband and go to the ER even though I haven’t heard back from my dr? (I used to work in the ER so I hate going when I don’t feel like it’s truly emergent)
