First time pregnancy! Need advice!!

Hello all! I am currently 18 weeks pregnant with my first baby! I have no idea what to expect from a day to day basis but I’m a little concerned with last nights event. My boyfriend and I were having sex and I started bleeding a little. It wasn’t a lot and stopped shortly after we did, which was as soon as we noticed. I wasn’t in any pain at all minus a few hours later having some minor back pain. It was very early in the morning and my doctors office wasn’t open. Like I said the bleeding lasted maybe a few minutes and it was like coming off a period. Should I make an appointment with my doctor when they open on Monday? I’m still not in any pain and was told that sometimes that can happen during sex I am fine.

Any help or advice would be appreciated since we are new parents and just want to make sure we aren’t making any mistakes.
