Breastfeeding things?

My LO and I didn’t really start our journey until she was about 3 weeks old (going on 6 on Tuesday). She was primarily formula fed from the beginning due to birth complications. I would pump and give her what i could when i could before then.

NOW it seems only feeding in the lying down position produces an effective latch. However this latch is so effective she like chokes a bit towards the beginning of feeding on both sides ? Literally she’ll come off completely and cough a bit before relatching herself. Anyone else having these issues ?

Also she has a lot of wet diapers but her fontanelle seems lower? Maybe I’m just being paranoid. Haha. Her doctor said she’s doing pretty well with weight gain and being able to almost switch to complete BF.
