Inspiring stories, overcoming alcohol addiction

Guys, I'm really in need of hearing inspiring stories of ppl who survived and overcome their alcohol addiction.

My boyfriend is alcoholic and all the advice I have been getting lately is to leave when I don't want to.

Can you please share your successful stories with partners overcoming addiction?

I need some inspiration to keep fighting for him. He is an amazing man and he doesn't deserve what's happening to him.
