What is this 😭update1

This is all over her her torso. And a bit on her face.. pur dr isnt even open today. Shes acting fine.she has a cold. And this red dot on her thigh. Her cheeks are red, but shes been teething so idk.

update:its gone down on her face. I think her sleeper made it worse on her body. My MIL is an RN and she is leaning towards fifths. Taking little one in tomorrow for checkup, and myself since I'm newly pregnant and may have been exposed. Hope all goes ok.
