Not loving that person, but being IN love with them. Does being IN love fluctuate throughout a long term relationship/long marriage? Also can I fall back in love with my partner? Share you experiences with this

You choose to love someone & put work & effort into a relationship. There are days where my feelings for my fiancé are stronger than others. But I definitely love him every day. 
Really evaluate your feelings & relationship, things are bound to change & the way you feel changes, but if you think about life without them how do you feel? Then you’ll know your answer

Sure. In a relationship love is a verb. If you dont work on it of course things can go poorly.
