Best long term birth control?

I’m scared of anything getting lost in me but I hear a lot of good things about the iud. I’m scared of my hormones getting crazy with anything like depo but I’m not sure. When I took the pill I felt apathetic to everything. I know in the end I shouldn’t be a pussy lol

I’m basically scared of birth control but I want and need it as I have 2under2 and I’m ready to close shop until the future 🤣
