need help asap pls!!

okay I'm just gonna dive in, I've made a post about this way before, but here's the issue. I'm in grade 9 (female), and I have a crush on my p.e. teacher that is 14 years older than me, is married, and is about to have a kid. (he told our class about himself okAY I'm not a stalker) I've had a crush on him since September, last year. I really want to stop liking him because I know it's wrong (obviously) and it's literally killing me and breaking me if that makes sense? i just need advice on how to 'get over' a crush. I just want to have a normal crush on a kid my age, man. me liking him is making me hate myself (not his fault, just my mindset) I feel disgusted and ashamed of myself for liking my teacher. please help me out :(
